  • We offer free delivery within the West Island area of Montreal. For deliveries outside this area, additional charges may apply.
  • Delivery times are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery window.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Freesia Florist is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Product Availability and Substitution:

  • Due to seasonal availability and the nature of fresh flowers, we may need to substitute certain flowers or colours in your arrangement. Rest assured, any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style and theme of the arrangement.

4. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
